All orders are received at our store in Vancouver, Canada. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirming your order. Orders are shipped once a week, and a confirmation with tracking information will be sent to you.
We ship using USPS (United States Postal Service) to the USA, and Canada Post within Canada. Once shipped, orders within the USA take 2-3 business days to arrive. Orders within Canada can take up to 10 days.
We now offer a flat rate shipping fee! All orders within North America, no matter how large or small (with few exceptions, such as the Giant Paperways Calendar) will cost $6 in shipping. This guarantees Priority mail via USPS in the USA, which takes less than 3 days to arrive.
Due to the dramatic increase in shipping costs for overseas, we can no longer offer international orders at this time. Please contact us if you would like to place an overseas order, and we can work with you on a custom shipment.
If you require your shipment to arrive by a certain date, or would like additional insurance, please contact us prior to placing your order.

We do not accept returns on stationery products. We package and ship every item ourselves and carefully check each item before sending to be sure there are no defects. If you do happen to receive a defective item, please contact us within two days of receipt and we will do our best to right any wrong.
Clothing may be returned if defective within one week (7 days) from purchase, but you must notify us of any problems within 2 days of receiving the item. We do not cover return shipping.
Sales on accessories or shoes are final.
Items on sale are considered final sale and we do not accept returns.
