SHIPPING

All orders are received at our store in Vancouver, Canada. Once your order is placed and you have paid through Paypal, we will send you an email confirming your order. Orders are shipped once a week on Wednesdays (sometimes sooner) – we then send you an email to let you know that it has been sent, and approximately when it will reach you.

We ship using USPS (United States Postal Service) to North America and international. Once shipped, orders within the USA take up to 4 business days to arrive. Orders to Canada can take up to 10 days, while international orders take anywhere from 10 days to two weeks depending on their customs inspections. All orders receive a delivery confirmation number (or customs declaration number for international).

Shipping Costs
For North America shipments, small + light items are a flat rate of $2.90. Heavier items like planners and notebooks are $5.90. Each additional item varies from $0.25-$1.00 depending on weight.

International shipments begin at $4.00 for light items, to $8.00 or more for planners and notebooks.
All shipments come with a delivery confirmation number or customs declaration number.

Shipping Overcharges
Any overcharges of $1.00 or more will be refunded via Paypal after the order has been shipped.

Rush Orders
If you require your shipment to arrive by a certain date, or would like additional insurance, please contact us prior to placing your order.

RETURNS

We do not accept returns on stationery products. We package and ship every item ourselves and carefully check each item before sending to be sure there are no defects. If you do happen to receive a defective item, please contact us within two days of receipt and we will do our best to right any wrong.

Clothing may be returned if defective within one week (7 days) from purchase, but you must notify us of any problems within 2 days of receiving the item. We do not cover return shipping.

Sales on accessories or shoes are final.
Items on sale are considered final sale and we do not accept returns.
